The Elmouth Haunting, also known as Beatrice Reed in The Elmouth Haunting, is an open world action-adventure/survival horror video game designed by Russel Clarkson and Amy Michaels, developed by Helter Skelter Studio and published by NINE100 Studios. It was released on October 30th, 2015 for the Anima and Microsoft Windows. It is a steampunk-themed ghost hunting game set in the British seaside town of Elmouth, which has been abandoned in the wake of an invasion of ghosts. Seasoned ghost hunter Beatrice Reed is sent in to deal with the problem, equipped with her many ghost trapping tools.

Most of the game is focused on trapping the various ghosts inhabiting the town. Each ghost has it's own unique gimmick that the player has to figure out before trying to trap them, adding a puzzle element to the game. Generally, the environment plays a big role in this, due to the variety of locations allowing for several unique mechanics to be implemented. The game world is not strictly open-world, but there is a degree of exploration that allows players to find collectibles and secrets.
