- "Everything was going so well. Nothing was the same after my mother's death. Mike and I, we were left with absolutely nothing. No family to turn our back to, no financial supporting, not a single thing except each other. Having to drop out of college was one of the hardest things I have done in my life so far, but someone's gonna have to support us, and I guess that person is me. Shit happens, I guess..."
- ―Hannah Wentworth
Hannah Wentworth was born on June 5, 1994 as the oldest child in her family. She was a very cheerful and playful kid that everyone loved. Things went downhill since her father walked out on the family when she was three, right after her younger brother, Michael, was born. Her mother could barely support the family and worked extremely hard to keep them afloat. Hannah eventually learned of all this when she became of age, as she was too young to understand it all.
Despite her family's rough situation all those years, Hannah tried to make the best of her life. She did particularly well in school and was decently popular among the other students in her grade. Hannah graduated from her high school as the top female in her class. Hannah proceeded to major in nursing at college, after attaining multiple scholarships and taking out a loan.
Life seemed to work out for Hannah in the next few years. Her family was slowly coming back from the slump they were in for so long and she had a secure future for herself. Not long after she entered her senior year at college, Hannah's mother, along with two other innocent pedestrians, was fatally shot after getting caught in the middle of a gang war zone while walking home from work one night.
Hannah dropped out of college shortly after the death of her mother in order to support her younger brother, Michael, as he was still a minor. She found work as a waitress and makes enough for the both of them to support themselves and pay rent in the apartment they share.
It has now gotten to the point where Hannah is sick of her current life. She wants better for both herself and her brother. But it's a tough world. How on earth is she going to do that? Her job as a waitress only barely pays for everything and no matter how hard she and her brother work, they are given little to nothing in return. Hannah wants a better life and is willing to go the extra mile, from a legal/illegal standpoint, to make money, which is how she meets the others for The Heist.
