Bert Melling is the 40-year old owner of Melling Arms who appears in BioShock: Inluminus. A friend of John Bull, his company supplies weapons for the Britannian Guard and also to the public. His capitalist views are often a target of hate from the Britannian underclasses. He is voiced by Gideon Emery.
